the barebones ESSENTIAL™ mods for aspiring HUSTLErs

includes QOL mods, Mod Options, the properly named "Quality of Life" mod, stage loader + 2 simple and cool stages, custom menu loader + 1 custom menu, the replay recorder mod (very good), and some other fixes and things i forgor lmao
