Firemine timeout warning (Jaeger only)

Overhauls the firemine's flame particles, bright red flames appear 27 seconds after the mine has been placed giving you a 3 second visual cue as to when the mine is about to run out; though it only works with Jaeger.

• Slightly different fire particle colours
  
• Displays a second burst of bright red flames at the last 3 seconds of Jaeger's mines
