All Enemies Get Shimmering

ALL enemies draw 5 extra pages every Scene and ignore ALL page selection limits (e.g. cost, emotion level). This renders the game rather unfair.
I don't need to tell you that this breaks a lot of things and none of them are in your favour, but it might also cause some bugs depending on how pages are programmed. Use at your own peril.

If you are thinking of doing some dumb challenge run using this mod, I regret to inform you that you most likely lose as soon as you reach Scorched Girl. Since she no longer needs extra light, she attacks as early as Scene 1. Malkuth's next abnormality is also impossible for similar reasons. Real sad.

This is based on an oversight that made one of my previous mods remove page selection restrictions for enemies. I thought it would be funny to make it its own thing.
I'm aware that the name of the mod is technically a lie, but you still get the idea.
