No Limits on Settlers and Prisoners

描述
SETTLER EVENTS
Event frequency for recruiting new settlers is reduced less over time, allowing more frequent opportunities to expand your population.

WORKER MULTIPLIERS
Event triggers are rebalanced to reflect larger workforces and settlement sizes.

RAIDER SURRENDER
Defeated raiders now have improved, more realistic surrender chances.

PRISONER TRADERS
Larger settlements attract more traders offering prisoners. These traders:
• Offer more prisoners for sale
• Carry more gold to trade
Sell your prisoners!

PRISONER MANAGEMENT
There is no hard prisoner limit.
However, your warden can only handle a limited number of labourers:
• 6 at Warden Level 1
• 12 at Warden Level 2
• 20 at Warden Level 3

COMING SOON
Traders selling unique and special prisoners.

New settler events aren't triggering. Prisoner traders aren't appearing either. Not a single new settler or prisoner trader has appeared in 201 days. After disabling the mod, a settler arrived the next day.

According to the official wiki entry, EventGroups.json does not contain explicit population-based conditions anymore.
Settler arrivals are now handled elsewhere, likely through internal game logic or other JSON files not exposed in EventGroups.json

so it might not be working as intended
