I should put some flavour text here, but since Max already released the hair, I'm releasing the voicepack without trying to figure out some convoluted story how mad scientist joins Xcom so he can get rid of aliens who conquered Earth before him.

But nothing that wouldn't fit Xcom
WotC not required, but full support for heroes granted
