My custom re-uploaded version of Quan Chi, an evil sorcerer from the Mortal Kombat franchise. He can't use any of his special moves like summoning ghostly skeletons and firing green ghostly skulls at his enemies with his hands but he does have dark ascension and soul ankh as his superpowers.

I'm going to plan on making Goro next. And no, I'm not talking about the red boss cat from the '80s arcade game Mappy, OK?
