Quake II Railgun Sounds for Prototype Railgun (V0.65)

Exactly What It Says On The Tin

Replaces Selaco's Railgun firing sound with Quake II's Railgun firing sound.
The sound file was slightly edited to make it feel a bit heavier, but since I'm no modder or sound designer, I kinda failed, but I hope it sounds acceptable.

I know the Thumbnail sucks, but I am not an artist, so this is all I have (for now anyway).
