No longer requires Athena Framework; I have created my own code to handle the damage modification.
The damage dealt by these weapons scales, affected by both the user's Psychic Sensitivity, and the target's. Bonus damage is also applied, unaffected by this calculation (can be modified in XML).

Expands the Rimworld arsenal with eltex firearms - ultratech weapons that increase and decrease in damage dealt based on psychic sensitivity of their wielder and target. Also comes with a powerful warcasket eltex sword, only available when using Vanilla Factions Expanded - Pirates, as well as patches for Royalty, Persona Bond Forge and Vanilla Psycasts Expanded.

I am still using code to determine damage, similar to what Athena Framework was doing. So I doubt it.

I don't use CE, nor do I have any interest in it. My understanding is, the CE team handles patching on their end.

I hate to be that guy, But seeing as how the problem with this mod and CE was a thing to do with the Athena Framework, Is this mod now CE compatible since we no longer need AF?

The weapons don't go below there base damage right, and just get bonus damage instead? Like they wont be compleatly usless vs mechanoids will they?

Yes, and these are set to add the eltex requirement if loaded after VPE.
doesn't the original page says it will use eltex to craft when installed with psycasts expanded ?

Nah, brother, you already do so much for the community, I don't want you to have more work just because I have a weird idea. Also, we both know, if you were to change that, then other people would come screaming because they don't like it.

I just figured they are called "Eltex Weapons", fiddle with the psy-stuff, but aren't made of Eltex.
