Production - Practice Speechcraft

Adds a 'new' workbench, the Podium, to the production buildings that allows settlers to practice their speechcraft skills.

Increase your speechcraft skill at the Podium. This new production building has the appearance of the Restitutionist Lectern, but functions as a unique production building (it cannot be used for religious ceremonies). The workbench is unlocked with the caravan research.

There are three skill levels you can use:

• Beginner Speaker
  
  • 0 speechcraft skill
    
  • 120 minutes for production
    
  • 800 XP
• Speaker
  
  • 15 speechcraft skill
    
  • 120 minutes for production
    
  • 1600 XP
• Expert Speaker
  
  • 30 speechcraft skill
    
  • 120 minutes for production
    
  • 2400 XP

These tasks are interruptable, but the person that completes it will gain the XP.

Produce until does not work to limit amounts of times (it just works the same as infinite). I am still looking into this and am unsure if this is a game limitation or not as the workbench requires no materials and produces no products.
