Base loader for all "Jb strike" addons

Needs to be installed manually via putting the addon files into jbmod/jbmod/custom.

Changes the base weapon sounds, a FEW stats, Aswell as loads the weapon stat files.

The replaced weapons will probably not work on servers.

HL2 Weapons on cs:s arms
Cs:s Weapon sounds + Manifest
Cs:s Shells/Casings
