Now Anomaly Research Center has it's first flying vehicle that can fly over gm_cosntruct 13 beta airspace to track anoamalys from the ground.

Yes this is indeed flyable you just need to download "Airwatch" addon.

Note: This Aircraft sometiems be vulnerable to mingebags and get shot down....
