Updated version of the same named mod: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3143418220 Dont use both, just this one. Mod altered to be compatible with updates and other mods, but functions the same. See link above for original description.
FEATURES
  • REMOVED history files. The added vps mess with the hoi4 supply system.
  • ADDED decisions adding 1 vp to every province in the world to show/hide new vps, instead of modifying every history files of the game.
COMPATIBLE with EVERYTHING. NO vanilla files replaced. Load BEFORE mods in playlists, may break features.

Note: -duplicate mod or paradox vps
-missing vps in states added by india dlc

no, the capitulation system has always worked with 20% of VPs needing to be controlled, just because there's more doesnt mean you need to control every province

ok i'll just ask, because very province is a victory point, does that mean you have to take every tile from a country for it to capitulate

@bull: still no idea what thats got to do with this mod, but youre free to not play it or mod out things you dont like

being a hidden mod that makes sure you capitulate a nation only once you've taken over every tile of it

i imagine this being hidden in mod packs, wouldn't wish it on my worst enemies
