Kel-Tec KSG

Updated this pile, should work after new patch now.

Couple things I've changed and/or added;
- Some animations lengths were different compared to the default 590 so some of them on the KSG might feel sluggish, I do apologize but I don't feel like re animating this again.
- Updated the shaders, metal parts are more reflective compared to polymer parts.
- Created a world model! After popular demand I have compiled a world model for this with a custom collision model.

Model/Textures - Teh Snake

Only took around 10 hours from start to finish so nothing too special. Some animations I was restricted more than the ACE and USP, so I had to use some fadein/fadeout magic. Basically means that the animations play longer than the default, but, it's only visual so it shouldn't affect gameplay.
