Chatty Player Characters

This mod makes player characters talk more often when doing stuff like fighting, getting up, healing others, or being healed. It does not add any new dialogue.

In vanilla Kenshi, some dialogue lines have a chance of not being added to a character's dialogue package when they spawn. This mod makes all player lines guaranteed so that player characters always get their full dialogue package. It also reduces the cooldown on a lot of player dialogue and increases the chance for rare lines to be used.

Also removes the personality requirement on all "sundemon" (scorchlander) dialogue so that characters don't need the "dumb" personality to use the majority of that dialogue package.

NOTE: This does not affect most dialogue spoken between characters while traveling.
