Just FYI for anyone curious: works mostly fine with no DLC. Level for masteries cap out at 32 still which I assume is hard lock. This may lead to Str/Int/Dex requirement wonkiness on Epic and Legendary since you can't keep leveling that way.
I played an Elementalist summoner and found it very fun. I'm already level 65, and now that it's updated, I'm ready to try out a few other classes for experience. The mod is fantastic! It's very novel and highly playable!
Congratulations on patch 0.7.0! X2 is perfectly adequate for normal difficulty. Right decision. I started a new retal/reflection character. I'm really enjoying your mod!
Patch 0.6.0 introduced a lot of save issues due to different versions using the same map data. I've put up big exclaimers that this was the case and ran a poll before ptach 0.7.0 to see how this problem should be solved. With patch 0.7.0 I removed all maps except the cm_tqretold one, which has the downside of characters that used other versions to unfortunately be left with broken quest states or save issues. I made sure to wait ~1 month before putting up patch 0.7.0 to make sure people still had time to "finish" their playthroughs of non cm_tqretold characters. If you were playing the cm_tqretold version before patch 0.7.0, it should work just fine now.
- New prefix for torso armors called "Leader's", which grants % total damage to pets among other things.
- New suffix for torso armors called "of Persistence", which grants huge amounts of % damage over time related bonuses for pets.
- New Charm called "Sentient Fiber", which grants % total damage for pets and can be applied to any armor piece.
@hedgehoglock57 Quest states of characters playing on the current xmax version might get bugged unfortunately, which is why I want to give enough time for people to finish their playthroughs. After 0.7.0 there won't be any more trouble with this kind of stuff... a clean break from all this mess.
Okay, as you say. There won't be any problems with an Xmax character in the new single version either?
