Beta NPC Features

Small Addon that restores beta behaviors and attacks from npcs.


-Scanner will spray toxic gas at enemies and players now, making them more lethal.

-Stalkers start aggressive and fire their beam at the player and other npcs immediately, and at half health their beam increases in strength as indicated by a yellow color change. Stalkers now play there pain sound effects from the beta. Their laser start sound was also restored.

I don't know if it was this addon or not that did it but stalkers also seem to do headbutt attacks now when up close, although there is no anim.

Notes:
-this also replaces stalker laser sounds with beta counterparts, small difference.
-Behaviors are not recreated one-to-one.
