so this is the directory of where the file is to change your fov

/home/(name)/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/1304930/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/Local/OPP/Saved/Config/WindowsClient/

after you are in this directory you have to click the Game.ini file for me it was empty so I just put in this command

[/script/opp.rbsettings_gameplay]
DefaultFOV=110.000000
AimingFOV=110.000000

and you should have your fov changed!!! thanks for reading!!!
