If it still doesn't work, please assist by responding to the following questions:
1. Do all players who want to play have Radmin VPN installed, started, and online, and joined the same virtual server room?
2. Has the user who host the server informed other players of the port number they have set?
3. Have players who want to join the same game server entered the correct virtual server IP and the port number set by the user who host the server?
4. What is the error message displayed for players who fail to join?
Clarification:
For guy setting the server: Follow up til "Setting your server" step 4, then in command promt,
"cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Little Fighter 2 remastered\resources\app"
before you do: ".\lf2-room-server-win.exe <Port> <Number of Rooms> <Default Latency>"
If cmd tells u server is up, you're set
To anyone joining, make sure you join your friends VPNs in Radmin(They will set a Network name and Password) just join their Network name and PW. If you see your friend's DESKTOP-XXXXXX you're set.
Then go in game and join using the <Port> and the VPN's IP address. Then join and play.
