Melody Pianissima from the Luigi's Mansion game. Ported over to Garry's Mod.

Ragdoll only, didn't feel like turning it into a playermodel, sorry folks.

Could you make Spher (What I'm currently calling Leggy SMG2) to go with Bloc? All these Leggy characters are adorable, and one day, I wanna see one of every major character.
