Can't equip to back

Disables the ability to equip things to the back slot.

DOES NOT REMOVE THE BACK SLOT.
The reason for this is (apparently) a B41 limitation. So you will have a dead slot in the hotbar.
It's a sloppy solution but won't matter soon (hopefully).

I also recommend a sling mod, which was kinda the idea behind this. I personally feel the back slot from the base game is unrealistic.

Inspired by the "Realistic Slots" Mod, which does actually remove the back slot but in doing so created some issues/bugs with Sling mods.
