📌➤ If you have a coupon (promo code), you can redeem it in two ways:
  1️⃣ Directly in the game
  2️⃣ On the official game website

📌 ➤ Below are the currently active promo codes with their expiration dates. Stay tuned for updates!

🔄 ➤ Promo codes will be updated as new ones are released.

🔄 ➤ If you have the old menu interface:
  1️⃣ Press Esc and open the menu
  2️⃣ At the bottom, click "Switch Menu" to switch to the new interface

🆕 ➤ If you have the new interface:
  ➤ No additional clicks are required
🎮 ➤ Redeeming coupons in game is really simple:
⮞ Open the Esc menu
⮞ Go to the "Support" section → "Redeem Coupon / Coupon"
⮞ Or just type "Coupon" in the search bar
⮞ Enter your code and claim your reward!


Once clicking on the **"Redeem Coupon Code (Adventurer Support)"** option,
a new window will open in game that will allow you to enter your coupon code.

💡 You can also **copy and paste codes** into the in-game window as well,
so don't worry about having to type the codes manually.


• The items received (via coupon) will appear in your in-game mailbox.

In addition to the method mentioned above, there is another option if for some reason you were unable to use BDO coupons in the game.

🔄 ➤ If you couldn't activate coupons in the game, use the website:
1️⃣ Go to the official Black Desert website
2️⃣ Hover over the "SHOP" tab
3️⃣ In the dropdown menu, select "Redeem Coupon"
4️⃣ Log in and enter your coupon code
✅ Rewards will be sent to your in-game mail
✅ Even if the coupons were redeemed through the official website.

📢 ➤ FOR STEAM PLAYERS:
⚠️ ➤ Many players encounter an issue where they can't log into the official website via their Steam account, but there is a solution:
1️⃣ Launch the Black Desert launcher through Steam
2️⃣ Once the launcher opens, click on any tab that leads to the official website (for example: "Go to Website")
3️⃣ Authorization will happen automatically
4️⃣ After that, redeem the coupon as described above
