Dynastic Isolation: Prevent target from inheriting titles/claims on same dynasty

This gives you a character interaction which lets you give or remove the trait from any character.
The AI will not do this. The only way to get the trait is through you giving the interaction.
You can remove the trait at any time.

The trait prevents the character from inheriting claims on titles held by members of their own dynasty.
They can still pursue titles and claims on titles not held by dynasty members.

With this trait, the character may not inherit titles or claims of held by members of their own dynasty.


This should be evergreen and never need updated but I will update if necessary.
This should be compatible with everything, including total conversion mods.
