l4d2 styled ithaca????? (no)

The vanilla L4D2 pump shotgun but with the stock replaced by a pistol grip, barrel shortened(?), and the pump adjusted to be a weensy bit more Ithaca-like.
Compatible with reskins and comes with a custom HUD icon (and also fixes the weird baked-in lighting for the TLS Chrome skin).

One slight nitpick with this mod: The third person animations hold the pump waaaay far back from where the survivors realistically should. I'm not certain if this is fixable or not, probably isn't though since the mod uses a separate shotgun pistol grip animation.
