[TTT] Deadtector

The Deadtector is a utility item for the Custom Roles for TTT.

The Deadtector appears at random weapon spawns around the map. It's a tracking device for finding and inspecting player corpses.

• The Deadtector is equipped in the grenade slot.
  
  
• The Deadtector is literally a dead detector. It bleeps to indicate a ragdoll in your vicinity. The closer you are, the faster the bleeps.
  
  
• Facing the direction of the body makes the bleeps faster too so you can close in on its location. Follow the sound to locate a dead body.

Found a deceased player but not sure of their role?
No detective around to investigate the body?
Want to double check before using a defibrillator on them?

• Hold the fire button with the Deadtector when aiming at a dead body to scan it and reveal its role - but remember that the role is disclosed only to the player holding the device.
  
  
• The Deadtector can only perform one scan, after which the device is destroyed and you can no longer find or analyse bodies with it.

Has c_hands support.
