More Ger Facation Part2

his mod additionally adds four factions: the German Second Reich, the German Second Reich Navy Flag, the Austro-Hungarian Empire, and the Austrian Empire. It also changes the charge voice to a whistle sound effect. The voice pack will be updated later!
