This is a retexture of the "Velikan" operator from COD:MW2, adapted for the SCP universe.

The Global Occult Coalition (GOC) is a United Nations (UN) task force dedicated to paranormal and anomalous phenomena. Like the SCP Foundation, they work to maintain the Veil of secrecy, hiding anomalies from public knowledge. However, unlike the Foundation, they seek to destroy anomalies rather than contain them, viewing these entities as threats to humanity’s dominance and scientific understanding of the world.
