Incompatible with its cousin mod, 2x Deposit Access, the same mod but the resources won't always be at their maximum value. Use one or the other.

Sometimes, you'll get a game where the RNG on resource spawns won't be on your side.
This mod aims to alleviate that by multiplying all potential resource deposit access by 2...
and has every resource set to always be at their maximum value.

This will either help make your empire a superpower or make all the AI opponents your worse nightmare.
Now the warfare for resources will actually matter. One who rules the resources rules the world.

This mod does not apply to special resources, such as weapons and salted beef.
