@obxhead This mod works with game version 1.2.4. If you have other mods subscribed, please disable them and check again.

Sadly, I can not get this mod to work. Build 1.2.4 patch 1. Tried removing/
reinstalling with no luck. Luckily I think I'll still get the economic win this round.

@Des It appears you can adjust the value of Treasure Fleets (UNIT_TREASURE_FLEET) using the TreasureAmount argument, which I've observed in some narrative stories.

The unique abilities of the Songhai and Inca civics, detailed in Base/modules/age-exploration/data/progression-trees-culture-unique-gameeffects.xml, use the EFFECT_ADJUST_CITY_AUTO_TREASURE_FLEET effect. You can modify their VP Argument (within MOD_QHAPAQ_NAN_AUTO_TREASURE_FLEET and MOD_KANTA_AUTO_TREASURE_FLEET) to control the value of Treasure Fleets spawned in their home lands.

Unfortunately, while you can adjust the value, I have no idea where to find the code that controls the spawn turns and value of regular Treasure Fleets. You might want to ask experienced modders on forums about this.

Would it be possible to make Treasure Fleets spawn half as often for triple the value? Maybe aside from convoys spawned by Songhai and Inca civics. I've been curious if that might make that victory type a little faster but also capturing a Treasure Fleet far more lucrative. In a perfect world, it'd also be cool if Privateers could attack Treasure Fleets without declaring war (and multiple civs could take the Privateer unit from Militaristic City States) but I don't know how doable that would be for a modder. Sorry this is fairly unrelated to your mod, its just the first I've seen that adjusts Treasure Fleets.
