Bark Expanded - V2

Hi, this mod brings an alternative version of Bark, turning it into a larger city were the UC and some Deadcat refugees coexist.

Adds:
-Watchtowers, a Police station and a thieves guild tower
- Some hydroponics, storehouses and armouries
- More shops, including robotics, travel and equipment vendors
- Some stores, which although sell few items, accept both illegal and stolen goods
- A "Bark Wanderer" start: just the vanilla wanderer starting in the city itself
