Only the mission icons appear in the hardcore mode

I have updated the description to include a link to the main mod page on Nexus for screenshots. Steam Workshop is rather difficult to deal with and erases the description each time I make an update.

The quest marker and all other markers show as they would if not using this mod. In hardcore, they only appear if you are in the vicinity of the marker location. The background and boarder do not show at all. So if you are playing hardcore and no POI or quest markers are nearby, it will essentially be hidden.

Does it show up when a quest marker is on it? Or does the quest marker still show up, just without the compass?
