Shortly after you managed to secure your new fief, your father arrived with his men. He ordered the clearing of the grounds to begin and sent masons to rebuild the walls. He also told you about Suno’s former glory when he was still young. After a month of work, a messenger arrived from King Harlaus. The king wants you to travel to Vyincourd Castle, as he has learned of an impending siege on the stronghold but is currently too busy to go there himself with his army. However, he will send part of his forces for you to take command of. The king wants you to defend the castle and prepare your men for a counterattack, so you will need to produce weapons and gather gold for the war campaign.
You told your father to stay in Suno and finish the repairs since he knows the terrain better. You quickly gathered your men and set out for Vyincourd Castle. It seems you arrived at the last possible moment. On the horizon, the banners of the Rat can already be seen
