Better Solar Flare (ChatGPT)

描述
First things first, this started as a fun experiment to see if ChatGPT could write all the C# code for me.
It took a LOT of time (and a bit of frustration!), but after many tries I got the code working, including a settings menu. I asked ChatGPT to make it lightweight and compatible with other mods, and from my testing so far, I haven't been able to break it.

Just think it's funny it could be done with ChatGPT :D

Let me know if you find any errors, or what you think about the mod!

Overview
Better Solar Flare is for players who want batteries to stay valuable throughout the whole game, not just in the early stages. Instead of causing total blackouts, solar flares now only disable power generators, your batteries and electric items keep working. This mod isn't about realism, but about making batteries more useful and a core part of your power strategy.

Key Features
- Disables only power generators during solar flares—batteries and consumers stay online.
- Whitelist system: Easily choose which generators (vanilla or modded) are immune with a checkbox menu.
- Mod friendly: Works with all generators, including those added by mods—just check them in the settings.
- Keeps batteries useful at every stage of the game.

Compatibility
Should work with any mods that add new power generators.
No known incompatibilities with other power or utility mods.
Should be safe to add to existing saves.

@Spookbuster
AI destroys the planet the same way everyone using their PCs to play games does btw. be mad at governments for not supporting clean nuclear energy rather than being mad at technological advancement.
