Hello BWANABARITONI, I have to inform you that it is possible to fix the ground buildings to not spawn in the gaps between the landscape buildings, but due to how they were modeled, some ground buildings will still overlap the gaps.

As a consequence of this potential fix, placing and moving the taller buildings will be much harder as there will be less area to transform them.
