Bloodsucker Glowing Eyes V2

This is a continuation of my previous mod . That mod is still relevant, and I don't want to replace it with this one.

This mod adds the glow effect to the Bloodsucker. The eyes will glow in the dark, for instance, at night or in a dark environment. During the day, the eyes will look normal. When the bloodsucker dies, the eyes fade out, instead of remaining glowing. Additionally, I refined the glow's dynamic range by adjusting the glow intensity for specific events, making it look more impressive now. I tried not to turn it into a Michael Bay movie, though. Just added some subtle effects to make it look more ominous and immersive.

• Now, the bloodsucker's eyes have two different glow colors. One type has a red tint, while the other is a shade between yellow and green.
  
• When the bloodsucker takes damage, the eyes will flash brighter for a moment.
  
• When the health of the bloodsucker is reducing (during taking damage), the eyes' max glow becomes dimmer and dimmer, until the bloodsucker dies.
  
• If the bloodsucker is invisible and takes damage (like a bullet shot), its eyes become visible for a moment, and a flash effect is also applied.
