Susie from joins the Fray!
Susie uses the TP meter, neutral special can be used at 50% or further, and grabbing is a heal which can be used at 32% TP or higher.
Credits:

Moveset:
Neutral special - Susie used Rude Buster, it was very effective!
Side special - Lancer gives Susie a ride on his bycicle, boosting forward.
Down special - Susie grabs Kris and throws them forward, can hit multiple enemies.
Up special - asgore truck gif
Grab - Ralsei heals Susie a bit.
Final smash - just Rude Buster again.

I would give the Kris throw a cooldown but I don't know how to add cooldowns.

i think you should give a cool down to some of her attacks and if you spam her it is really op and you cant really defend it
