Change the batch size to medium.
To maintain 62 (143,6F) degrees of mash temperature I use an electric kettle and immersion coil (step one is for this purpose. Heat water in the electric kettle, insert the immersion coil into the mash tune and connect it to the electric kettle,to circulate warm water)
* Step five and six: Don't forget to add corn sugar after pouring water into the mash
* Step eighteen: use Heat mat
* If necessary, use a cornelus keg for carbonation to 2.3

I don't know if the equipment used matters, but I used: Premium Brew Kettle, Premium Mash Tun,Electric Kettle, Stainless Stell Fermenter, Heat Mat, Stainless stel keg, Fast Pump and Chiller and Immersion Coil for step 1.
