This Addon Add 7 NPCs of Half-Life: Alyx in HL:2 Style
All of These Models are Made By EJ_5527

I know the addon is Heavy,and totally is because of the Combine Diferent Voices or atleast is what i think its the reason

Features:
Half-Life Alyx Combine Voices
Glowlib Support
Onfire Sounds
Ordinals,SpikeWalls,Transition Period Soldiers Can Deploy Manhacks
Some Units Are Slower or Faster Than Other Units
Ordinals And Chargers Use Both New and Old Models

@OutlandSpecialist, the other pack uses HL: Alyx textures. This one uses HL2 textures.
