Made this port because the original mod creator said they wouldn't port it.
Added some config options to disable the blacklist from the original mod if wanted

Original Description:
Exactly as it sounds. Anything can now travel through portals created by the Portal Gun. This means players, enemies, town NPCs, projectiles, and dropped items. Some projectiles like minions are blacklisted from this feature for the sake of convenience.

Uh well I believe they can't move so no I guess & I did try when porting to disable the restriction on the projectile ID for the portal itself, it just breaks the portals completely even if they're not shot close to each other.

So to keep the portals functioning, I opted to keep the portals prevented from being teleported by portals
Thats like the only thing that will still be prevented from going through portals if the blacklist is disabled with the config.
