Role: Frontline - Scouting - Capping | Difficulty: HARD


A humble rocket shuttle swarm with helljamming. Best used when your team has anchoring capital assets to hold the enemy frontline down while you use your superior speed to flank and harass the enemy backline. Alternatively you can ask your team to all bring rocket shuttles, but your success may vary.

• 'P' series: Ithaca Bridgemaster radar (turn off all other radars if not splitting), Pinpoint FCR, 2 RL18 launchers.
  
• 'J' series: No radar, 2 Bellbird radar jammers, chaffbox, anti-hybrid AMMs, s1 ACMs.
  
• 'R' series: Ithaca Bridgemaster radar, 2 RL18 launchers, Pavise PDT.

• SGM-106 Neostaff: Dedicated anti-hybrid AMM.
  
• SGM-110 Katzbalger: General-purpose ACM.

Can be split into 2 balanced wings of 5 for mid-late game coverage. To split, group all 'A' suffix ships around P1-A and all 'B' suffix ships around P1-B. Bully light ships, harass capitals, and avoid Vauxhall formations. You are fast. Treat thruster HP as a resource to spend when in tight situations.

Alternatively, a 3-3-4 split is also possible: Group P1-A with J1-A and R1-A; group P2-B with J2-B and R2-B; and finally group the four remaining 'R' series ships together or further detach them for capping.

'P' series should be protected and used to obtain lock on target track whenever possible for best rocket accuracy.

'J' series should be protected as remaining unspotted is the key to survival. At above 7.5km, only a single jammer is needed, meaning all jammers should be cycled to maximise uptime. Remember to jamflash (momentarily jam with all available jammers, on bshort if necessary) if the enemy manages to BRN and lock you.

Finally, 'R' series is your primary firepower and can be detached to cap as they have Ithaca Bridgemaster radars installed.

Note: The default deployment formation is a straight convoy line to hide the fact that this is a swarm (only 1 flare shows up during deployment). Once deployed, manually reconfigure the formation into a roughly spherical blob with a radius of 250 - 300 meters.
