Adds ability to hang people in the game.

Important notes:
the wire must go FROM head and TO the object
the wire must be attached to an object

how to use:
1.select a wire from tools menu(rope,liquid wire,wire, even propagation wire will work)
2. attach a wire from head to the object(look above)
