This mod fully explores through Nuclear Power. All the way from being a Nuclear Trainee to a Nuclear Site Superintendent.

With 58 new jobs brought to the game, a Nuclear Facility, a Technical College and a Nuclear University, there's plenty to explore with this mod!

There are different progression paths through this job. Some advance faster than others, but pay less and vice versa.
There is a whole new batch of CERTS, Diplomas, and DEGREEs included.

Climb your way to the top over 30-36 years, yes it's quite long. The final pay before modifiers is $154/hr for the lowest level of Upper Management, and $280/hr for the Nuclear Site Superintendent!

You can climb all the way to the top without a degree, but there are CERTs and Diplomas that you'll need along the way. The CERTs and Diplomas are designed such that you can do that while working full time and not develop burnout.

If there is any confusion on the order for jobs:
Nuclear Worker -> Auxillary -> Reactor -> Operations -> Control Room Supervisor -> Upper Management.
Degree -> Engineering -> Upper Management.
There are various other parts in there where you can swap paths as well, like:
Nuclear Worker ->Auxillary -> Engineering -> Upper Management.
Note: Minimum time to Nuclear Site Superintendent should be ~27 using a Nuclear Engineering degree, however, it is much more costly to get that than it is to take one of the other paths.
