浙江省基本建筑局机械厂（QT-10），桂林市第一建筑公司（QT-15），沈阳金属结构厂（‘红旗’II-16）研发的机械

产自中国60年代中期-70年代中期的轻型折叠塔吊系列，相比同期塔吊虽然结构简单且使用寿命低，但因为造价便宜和运输方便（相比中国同时期的塔吊）也成为了中国在那个年代主要的塔吊之一（在20世纪末以前）。

Machinery developed by Zhejiang Provincial Basic Construction Bureau Machinery Factory (QT-10), Guilin First Construction Company (QT-15), and Shenyang Metal Structure Factory ('Hongqi 'II-16)
The lightweight folding tower crane series produced in China in the mid-1960s to mid-1970s, although structurally simple and with a lower service life compared to tower cranes of the same period, became one of the main tower cranes in China during that era (before the end of the 20th century) due to its low cost and convenient transportation (compared to tower cranes of the same period in China).
