LK Campaign Hat

This adds standalone campaign hat from my other mod.
This includes Officer gold Eagle badge variant(with and without Cord), USMC insignia vari(with and without Cord), no badge variant and RCMP hat.

You can add your own badge or insignias via camo1 hiddenselection and camo2 for changing cord color(currently I only do have yellow) and adding or removing it to the hat itself.

Weird shadow gap just below the hat is known, but its sadly game engine issue.
