[ArcCW] The Cache Finder

Fresh off the Industrial 17 forges for a particularly unscrupulous worker, the Cache Finder is a post-war technowonder, sporting several utility functions on top of a reliable, yet simplistic shotgun design.

Able to repair fortifications and vehicles through the use of repair shells, while being just as lethal if used for hostile purposes, along with generally being able to detect items of interest, allies, and enemies.

The next in series of converting a TF2 weapon into HL2 HD, this one has used Project HL2's SPAS-12 textures. Includes 12 unique attachments for some high customization, with more to come later.

Customization includes:
- Universal attachments (Scopes, Underbarrel, Tactical, Ammo (GSO & UC))
- Unique optic attachments (Cachefinder and Cachefinder 6x)
- Unique muzzle attachment
- Barrels
- Tubes
- Forends
- Stocks
- Special Ammunition

Special features:
- Customizable Weapon Color (Options > ArcCW HLTF > Cachefinder)
- Utility Optic with 3 features (Lifesign reader (requires muzzle attachment), Radar, Live-feed Tracker Camera)
- Repair Shells with 3 firemodes (Repair, Hostile, Tracker)
- Thermal Combat Optic

Repair shells repair *any* prop and simfphys vehicle. NPC and other functionality to come later.
