@Badaballon after getting all the keys, you need a bunch of rage mode kills to unlock the ending

I break everything breakable in enraged mode, collect the 6 keys, but it shows me that I still need to do something. I've checked all the areas several times in normal mode and in enraged mode, but I can't find what I'm missing.

@Rockittt you have to go into rage mode and break the glass with the sledge hammer to go inside the glass conference room

Cant find all the teddy bears, gave up after half an hour, there is a teddy bear in the locked room behind the glass, I hope that isn't the last bear that I was looking for because there's no way to shoot through or break the glass and no known way to unlock the door?
