Gaelik's MUGEN character, Seinosuke, now in Rivals of Aether. Because I was bored.
Uses his old voice because it's what I prefer. I didn't give him a cheapie mode because I'm not interested in doing it.

Outline effect is for visibility during gameplay. Thanks to RuberCuber's outline code from their The Chosen One character, modified a bit by me to fit Seinosuke's sprites.

His default color is dark gray instead of black because I couldn't figure out how to change his color in the online ROA Colors generator when I left his sprites black. He does have black as an alt color, though.

Feel free to correct my use of his voice lines, since he speaks Japanese and I'm still learning the language.
