Subtle Laser Sight

Hello stalkers,

This mod refines the laser sight in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 by reducing its thickness and visual intensity. Instead of a thick, glowing beam stretching across the entire screen, the laser is now a slim, semi-transparent line that subtly flickers in and out. Recommended for immersive playthroughs and anyone who thought the vanilla laser looked too cartoonish.

Please note that this was just a quick edit in the Zone Kit and I haven't tested it extensively. Feel free to report any issues, but I can't promise I will be able to fix them.

Features

Thinner, cleaner laser beam
Slight transparency and flicker for realism
Keeps the visible laser dot for accuracy

I managed to find some time and update the mod. It is now working on game version 1.6. Enjoy!

One note, I didn't test it with NVGs, as I'm not currently actively playing the game and don't have a save available with NVGs. If you encounter any issues, please let me know.

looking forward to the new version when you find the time, your mod was the only reason i used laser sigths :D

This mod is probably not working since game update 1.6, and I don't currently have the time to check what changed, sorry. When I have time I will try to fix it.
