Hey there gang, I HAVE RETURNED!!!! as seen here, another modpack released by N0REE called PAPA 16, i dont have anything to say that much since im currently late for school lmfaooooooooo byeeee

  Introducing... another new ppg converted N0REE mod from stryder!!!
  
  This is Papa-16, an mpg npc pack made by N0REE back in 2024 now converted as a ppg mod pack thanks to the help of stryder himself!
  
  
  Papa-16's Lore:
  
  "Papa-16" is a callsign of squads of mercenaries from an unidentified mercenary group, although not much is known about this mercenary group, they have been observed and analyzed by recon units from various opposing military and police forces particularly NATO, INTERPOL And O.L.E.N, the unknown mercenary group's operations are mostly present in Europe, North America and Eurasia, they have been seen and analyzed being specialized in unconventional warfare and CBRN, whilst using experimental weaponry, gear, and even genetic enhancements, they have special unit operators who've been injected with a special biological serum that gives them enhanced strength, agility, physical resilience and reaction time for combat, but with a side effect of having glowing red eyes due to the accompanied night vision enhancement effect from the serum
  these special units are designated as "Glowers" by their squad members as observed by opposing recon teams via radio interception
