Original Construct Base by Physical Form of Silly but i fixed a few things.

The original is currently in a WIP state, so expect changes from the original creator. This isn't made to tell the creator "you suck ass at making gmod saves", it's just a simple rework. Hope you enjoy.

Fixed several ragdolls not having fingerposing or faceposing
Adjusted some props
Unfroze most props while still keeping them intact
Added an extremely unnessecary car
