Balatro Relic Mod

Adds "The Soul" from Balatro as a shop relic. After beating a certain number of elites or bosses, it will hatch into one of five legendary joker relics.

The number of elites / bosses you need to beat is based on the act number.

Act 1: 3 Fights
Act 2: 2 Fights
Act 3: 1 Fight
Act 4: Immediately

Technical Notes:

Perkeo: Negative Potions created by Perkeo give you an additional potion slot while you have the potion. Effectively, it just ignores the potion slot limit. If you have Sozu, Perkeo will not give you a potion. If you lose Perkeo, you will lose all negative potions. This is a limitation of how relics work and the exact hack I used to create negative potion slots that might be fixed in a later release.

Yorick: Yorick will prompt you to discard before you draw any additional cards from last turn. This ended up being very necessary to have Yorick not completely break the game.

Triboulet: Triboulet swaps between duplicating Rare Attacks / Rare Skills after playing any attack or skill. This means you can strategically play attacks and skills to either ensure or prevent a rare card from being double played.

Canio: Canio only cares that a rare card is removed, it doesn't care how. Transforming a card involved removing a card and adding a random card, which will trigger Canio.

Chicot: Chicot has a unique effect for each of the base game bosses. If you are playing with modded boss fights, Chicot will default to removing all buffs the boss starts with.
